Joseph Platz Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Platz of Fairview, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 14, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer H. Platz and Hazel M. Platz (Otteni); his wife Marilyn J. "Pinky" Platz (Hannah); and his daughter-in-law Donna M. Platz. He is survived by: his sons, Michael J. Platz (Debbie) of Girard and Patrick O. Platz (Karen) of Edinboro; his sister Joann Sturdivant; his grandchildren, Justin Platz (Rebecca), Joe Platz and Stephanie Henshaw (Nathan); and his great grandchildren, Peyton E. Platz, Owen, Oliver Platz, Halle Henshaw and Amelia Platz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
