He was predeceased by: his parent Melvin H. Levin of Boston, MA. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Cullen Levin; his children, Pamela S. Cullen (Claire), Maulhardt Levin of New Cumberland, Emily R. Levin (Pedro Matom Guzman) of Camp Hill and Robert J. Levin of Middletown; his sisters, Jane Levin of Charlottesville, VA and Nancy Silver of Boston, MA; and his grandchildren, Lucille, Elina and Arlo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
