He is survived by: his daughter Stacy Ann Lilley; his granddaughter Lexi Lilley; his great grandchild Elena Ramsey; his siblings, Richard Bliss (Bev), Bonnie Dersch (Glenn) and Lori Elliott (Rick); his friend Raleigh Webster; and his pet Lizzie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
