He was predeceased by: his mother Florence Stailey (Turner); his daughter Cari Ann Stailey; and his brother Larry Stailey. He is survived by: his father Harry N. Stailey, Sr.; his wife Robin A. Stailey (McDade); his son Scott A. Bryant of Mechanicsburg; his grandchildren, Anthony, Sierra and Mayson; his great grandchild Leilani; and his siblings, Cindy Adams, Keitha Heitt of Mechanicsburg, Billy Stailey of La Luz, NM and Freddy Stailey of Merritt Island, FL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
