She was predeceased by: her parents, George and Bessie Troutman (Kramer); her son David Smith; and her granddaughter Amanda Smith. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Smith, Jr. (Nancy) of Girard, Irene Sanders (Edward) of Sandy Lake, Dolly Eagley (Larry Lewis) and Dale R. Smith, Sr. (Susan) of DuBois; and her daughter-in-law Sandra King of Harborcreek. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
