He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Mezzacapo; and his siblings, Dorothy A. "Dotty" Mezzacapo, Thomas Mezzacapo and Daniel "Butch" Mezzacapo. He is survived by: his parent Mary Botch Mezzacapo; his sons, John (Joann), Carmen (Debbie) and Phillip Mezzacapo (Debbie); his sisters, Marylou Lewis, Carol Hammer, Annette Johnson and Diane Schellang; and his former wife Midge Gorski. He is also survived by three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
