He was predeceased by: his siblings, Maurice McCann, Jr., Ann Marie McCann, Marion Schellman and Helen Behr; and his wife Mary Agnes McCann (Yuschock).
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Frances (Schatzie); his son-in-law Jonathan Chapman (Jack); his son James McCann; his grandchildren, Annamarie Lagasse, Jason McCann and Jennifer McCann; and his great grandchildren, Sicily Houk, Michael Kimmy, Siena Houk and Ireland Schauer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Frank was long standing member of the Association of the US Army and the Army Historical Foundation.
