Bax (Susan) of Millcreek; her grandchildren, Lauren Fratalia (Yesid Bayona) of Liverpool, England, Melissa Gomez Bax, Mark Gomez Bax and Spain; her great grandchild April Bayona; her son-in-law Alfredo Gomez; and her brother-in-law Gregory Bax. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
