She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Ard and Versa Ard; her husband James W. Samples; her daughter Jeanie Samples Burnett; her grandson Michael James Samples; and her foster brother Rev. Earl Kuzzee of Otterbein, Indiana..
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Diehl (Alan) of Girard, PA, James Samples (Randy) of Meadville, PA and John Samples (Debbie) of Fairview, PA; her brother Jay Ard of Bement, Illinois; her grandchildren, Aaron, Adam Diehl, Matthew, Benjamin, Anita, Alex and Dylan Samples; and her great grandchildren, Cadence, Landon Munson, Karla, Andrew, Ava and Alana Diehl.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Holy Cross Church (7100 W Ridge Rd, Fairview, PA 16415). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
