He was predeceased by: his father Edmund S. Rakowski. He is survived by: his mother Pauline J. Rakowski (Bleakney) of Fairview; the mother of his children Linda K. Rakowski of Lake City; his children, Sarah E. Lentz (Joshua) of Wilmington, NC, Jason A. Rakowski (Katie Wingard) and Patrick A. Rakowski (Christina) of Girard; his siblings, Joan M. Rakowski of Fairview and Theodore A. Rakowski of Erie; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Lucas, Jacob, Jackson, Athena and Helena. He is also survived by his family, which in addition to his mother.
