Edda S. Brooks Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edda S. Brooks of Fairview, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 18, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Illert and Rosina Illert (Bussjaeger); and her sisters, Ingeborg Emery and Irmgard Aberle. She is survived by: her husband Joe D. Brooks; her children, Thomas E. Brooks of Harker Heights, TX, Shelia B. Gavish (Sam) of Essex, CT and David K. Brooks (Jami) of Branford, CT; her siblings, Karl Illert (Leni) of Stuttgart, Germany and Gerda Vedder of Stuttgart, Germany; her brother-in-law Elwin Emery; and her grandchildren, Cale and Tate Brooks. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
