He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Pulice and Ruth Pulice (Marra); his daughter Melanie Pulice Malyuk; his brother John Pulice; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret "Peggy" Pulice and Pat Santangelo.

He is survived by: his spouse Orinda Pulice (Leo); his sons, Michele Pulice of Erie, Danelle Pulice Stone (David) of Erie, Dana Pulice (Barbara) of Erie, Michael Pulice (Tammi) of New Port Richey, FL, Donald Pulice Jr. (Cyndi) of St and Petersburg; his son-in-law Robert Malyuk of Erie; his grandchildren, Nicoletta, JC Cherry, Joshua Stone, Karli Pulice, Kelsie, Mia Rose, Nicholas Pulice and Julie Iye (Gufran Gungor); and his sister Kathryn Santangelo of Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
