He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl C. Arbogast and Blanche Arbogast (Walmer). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen A. Arbogast (Aikens); his children, Beth Arbogast Haransky (Michael Haransky) of Springfield, VA and Michael E. Arbogast (Michelle Arbogast) of West Wardsboro, VT; his sister Irene Fetterman of Harrisburg; and his grandchildren, Isabelle Florence (Dylan Florence) and Sebastian Arbogast.
