He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia M. Moore (Carey); and his brother Henry N. Moore. He is survived by: his daughters, Donna M. Horne (Curtis) of North Carolina and Pamela A. Parnell (Alan) of North Carolina; and his stepchildren, Gary L. Artley (Kim) of York Haven, Lori A, Artley of Coudersport and Traci R. Kauffman (Kerry) of East Berlin. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
