He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Duberow and Ruth Walter Duberow. He is survived by: his wife Joan Downing Duberow; his sons, David Duberow, Jr. (Nick) of Eureka and James Duberow (Jordan); his granddaughter Quinn of Pittsburgh; and his siblings, Deborah Duberow of Erie and Donald Duberow of Fairview. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
