He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie D. Cage and Antoinette Metzler Cage; his former wife Carolyn Fulton Cage; and his siblings, Alan Cage and Trudy Long.
He is survived by: his grandson Alex; his wife Sally Masi Cage; his children, Cynthia Masi McKeown (Sean) of Marco Island, FL., Jay Masi (Leslie) of Marco Island, FL., Melanie Cage Schumacher (Bob Griffin) of Noblesville, IN. and Joy Masi Malena (Frank) of Erie, PA.; his daughter-in-law Sharyn Masi of Erie, PA.; and his grandchildren, Jay Michael Masi (Stephanie), Heather Smith (Galen Garretson), Hallie Smith, Jonathan Weibel (Maeghan), Bradley Smith, Chelsea Schumacher, Ryan Schumacher, Brienna Weibel Puskaric (Kevin), Rachel Weibel and Nicholas Masi.
