She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara Chaffee (Forbes). She is survived by: her father James Chaffee of Albion; her close friend Matthew H. Lambert of Fairview; her children, Erika M. Shaw and James Cory Chaffee (Kelly Myers); and her siblings, Barbara "B. J." Eaton (Rick), Sharon McCabe (Harve), David Chaffee (Michelle) and Robert "Bob" Chaffee (Kathy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and her lovable dog.
