She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Hollister and Esther Parry Hollister; her son Roy "Fuzzy" Schaffer; her siblings, Rebecca Swingle, Lois Jeffreys and Homer Hollister; her son-in-law John Smilnak; and her great grandchild Sinead McManus.
She is survived by: her sons, Carl (Mary) of Maplewood, Chris (Kathleen) of Sterling and Lloyd (Diane) of Sterling; and her siblings, Dorothy Lutz of Scranton, Barbara Walton of Salem Twp, Kenneth Hollister of Jefferson Twp and Robert Hollister of Moscow. She is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren.
