He was predeceased by: his parent Ray Carper; and his siblings, Allegra "Sis" Thompson, Frank "Chub" Carper and Harold Carper. He is survived by: his parent Lodi Carper (Musser); his sons, Barry E. Carper of Spring Mills and Brian L. Carper (Robyn) of Selinsgrove; his grandson Hunter Matthew Carper; and his siblings, Nancy Gwinn of Arizona, Elizabeth "Jane" Rimmey (Edgar) of Centre Hall and Michael "Mickey" Carper (Donna) of Aaronsburg.
