She was predeceased by: her parents, Clancy Lewis and Edna Lewis (Platz); her husband George Komisarski; and her siblings, Margaret Geiger, Lucille Gurak, Dorothy Cassell, Elton and Victor Lewis.
She is survived by: her daughter Peggy Ann Gilmore (Charles); her grandchildren, Dana Gilmore (Christina) and Shawn Gilmore; and her great grandchildren, Maddie, Camille, Tyler and Dominic. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
