It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adam M. Surovick of Fairview, Pennsylvania, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Francis Surovick, Jr. (Butch) and Karen Surovick (Grygier) of Fairview; his wife Bridget; and his sisters, Leslie McGee (Brian) and Kelly Groner (Pat). He is also survived by his wife, daughter, and parents.
