He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Fay and Loretta June Thomas (Kerr); and his brother Robert Thomas. He is survived by: his son Jeff Thomas (Michelle) of Shippenville; his grandchildren, Tyler, David, Elizabeth and Alexandria; and his siblings, Lisa Truitt of Fairmount City, David Thomas (Dianna) of Hawthorn, Gary Thomas (Marcy) of Windber and Keith Thomas (Sandy) of Mayport. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
