He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincenzo Carlisi and Laura Constanza Carlisi; and his siblings, Richard Carlese, Theresa Schino and Antoinette Laird.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Anastasio Carlese; his children, Vincent Carlese of Nevada, Martin (Bonnie) of Bordentown, NJ and Jeanette Scholz (Richard); his stepchildren, Anthony Baldassari (Kristin) and Loretta Swieconek; his sisters, Josephine Correia and Jennie Croce; his grandchildren, Laura Fontana (Alex), Carley Scholz, Sam Scholz, Stacy Duggan (James), Valerie Carlese, Kiarra (Kathy), Mia Baldassari, Michael and Ryan Swieconek; and his great grandchildren, Sergio Fontana, Chloe Duggan and Jake Duggan.
