He is survived by: his children, Caroline G. Allen (James Keen), Ronald F. Allen (Jennifer), Robert F. Richards (Donna L.) and Joseph F. Richards (Lisa Watkins); his grandchildren, Vanessa, Madisyn, Dillon Allen, Emily and Joseph Richards; and his former wife Natalie J. Allen.
