He was predeceased by: his son Erik; his parents, Francis X. Tozer and Theresa Tozer (Kennedy); and his brother Jerry. He is survived by: his granddaughter Devon (Peanut); his wife Patricia (Goll); his children, Sue Golder (Jim) and Scott Tozer; his granddaughter Taylor (Alex); and his sister-in-law Ann Tozer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
