She was predeceased by: her father John Jackominic. She is survived by: her husband Jay; her sons, Andrew and Ryan; her mother Kathleen Jackominic; her siblings, Kristi Micozzi (Sondro) and John Jackominic Jr.; her niece Alexa Micozzi; and her nephews, Joe Micozzi and Logan Jackominic.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Lori's memory to the Eagles Autism Foundation.
