She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Letukas Jr.; her parents, Edward Barr and Helen Barr; her brother Edward Barr II; and her grandson Brennen Letukas.
She is survived by: her children, Holly Jacoby, Frank Letukas III, Laura Letukas, Debbie Falkowski (Steve) and Tammy Pesci (Joseph); her sister Dena Edwards (Barr); and her friend Hannah Rumbelow. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
