He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Smith and William Smith; and his brother Robert Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jane Carr; his children, Michael Carr (Doug), Debbie Laborde (Mike) and Patty Lieb (Scott); his grandchildren, Danielle Laborde, Stephanie Laborde, Christopher Laborde, Jeffrey Lieb and Ryan Lieb (Rebecca); and his sister Nancy Keys. He is also survived by his three great-grandchildren.
