He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Radziwon (Shanyfelt) and John A. Radziwon; and his daughter Renee Radziwon-Chapman (Aaron). He is survived by: his wife Carol Dittman Radziwon; his children, Jeffrey Radziwon (Barb) and Lori Brooks (Curtis); his grandchildren, Noa, Ashley, Jared, Logan, Analise, Jaden, Aneesa, Mercedes and Curtis; his great grandchildren, Gianna, Roman, Chloe and Lillian; and his siblings, Barry Radziwon and Darlene Craig (Carl). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
