She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William Harpster and Evelyn Ivon Ford. She is survived by: her husband Atwood "Tim" Pursel, Jr.; her children, Steven Pursel (Heidi) and Karen Rogers (Richard); her sisters, Joan Henry and June Uson; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Abigail, Molly, Emily and Brittany; and her great grandchildren, Savannah, Phoebe, Lucy and Levi.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to the New Life Christian Church at, 4 Freedom Road, Newtown, PA 18940.
