He is survived by: his wife Winifred; his son James "Kevin" Wert (Joyce) of Hulmeville, PA; his grandchildren, Eric and Samantha (Jeremy); his great grandchild Ava; and his sister-in-law Marie Hecker (late Louis) of Monroeville, NJ. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
