He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Gabow (Kramer) and Bill Gabow; his wife Jamie Lynn Gabow; his girlfriend Kathleen Martin Hebenthal; and his brother-in-law Tom Perna.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Gabow (Vicki), Michael Gabow (Katie Schmidt) and Joyce Takack (Kevin); his grandchildren, Gabriel, Evangeline, Paul, Melissa Takach and Whitney Faison (Teresa Sutherland); his sister Rookie Perna; his sister-in-law Lynn Arsenault (Charles); and his niece Jenn Delgado.
