She is survived by: her husband Malcolm Patchell; her children, Sarah DeGennaro (David), Christine Lappin (Michael), Robert Patchell (Lisa), Jennifer Tasker (Thomas), Kathleen McEntegart (Bryan) and Julie Shea (Lawrence); her great grandchild D'Anna; her friend Shirley; her grandchildren, Robert, Bethany (JR), Dana, David (Krystal), Julia (Ward), Celeste (Hunter), Conner (Jesse), Abigail, Nicholas, Grace, Reilly, Hayden, Brenden, Kane and Cameron; and her great grandchildren, Anna, RJ (Hallie), Amara, Logan, Cameron, Brock, Bo, Addison, Aubree, Malcolm and Owen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and fur-babies.
