She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonse Saikowski and Marguerite Saikowski. She is survived by: her husband Charles; her children, Charles A. Buiocchi (Elizabeth), Brian Buiocchi (Linda), Kenneth Buiocchi (Carolyn) and Laura Parto (Greg); her grandchildren, Gina, Teresa, Michael, Amanda, Tyler, Dalton, Alison, Gregory, Christopher and Jason; and her brother Paul Saikowski. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Carol's memory can be made St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 752 Big Oak Road, Morrisville, PA 19067.
