He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Miller and Jessie J. Miller (Miller); and his siblings, Leonard, Floyd Miller, Lloyd, Mary Straka, Virginia Miller and Hazel Emerick.

He is survived by: his brothers, Dalton of Fairhope and Charles of Fairhope. He is also survived by sister.
