He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Sr. Deeter and Gladys Deeter (Robb); his wife Linda Shroyer; and his sister Diane Visinsky (Walt). He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Deeter (Stacey) and Brad Deeter (Bridget); his grandsons, Austin Simpson, Joshua Deeter (Monica) and Brody Deeter; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Deeter, Maxine Kerns and Barbara Tannehill.

Contributions may be given to Mt. Olive Lutheran Church.
