He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank W. Jr. Bowders and Esther Bowders (Morrow); and his siblings, Jeanne B. Compher and Frank W. Bowders III. He is survived by: his wife Treva McGlaughlin Bowders; his daughter Michelle Neese; his stepson Eric C. Nagle of Davidsonville, MD.; his brother Gregory L. Bowders of Pittsburgh, PA; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Bowders of Waynesboro, PA, Roy A. McGlaughlin (Connie) of Fairfield and Darlene Kauffman of Gardners. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
