He is survived by: his wife Juanita Fleagle; his children, Mark Fleagle and Melanie Ramey; his siblings, Tinia Byers and Brett Fleagle; and his stepsisters, Judy Way and Sandy Christiansen. He is also survived by 5 loving grandchildren and 8 loving great-grandchildren.
