He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Sharer (Cooke) and Roland Sharer; his wife Margaret Louise "Margie" Sharer; and his siblings, Richard Sharer, Sr. (Darlene), Walter Sharer and Virginia Hollabaugh.
He is survived by: his children, Christina Lynn Stull (Randy) of Fairfield, PA and Ronald E. "Jay" Sharer, Jr. (Amy) of Kentucky; his granddaughters, Savannah Stull and Jaylyn Yingling; his sisters, Margaret Shelton and Estelle King; and also Bonnie.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services (254 E Main St, Westminster, MD 21157). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
