She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Autry and Nellie May Autry (Howell); her husband Leonard M. Kulkusky; and her siblings, Evander Autry, Frank Autry, Roger Autry, Billy R. Autry, Jean Autry Collins, Shirley Faircloth and Janice Autry.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael L. Kulkusky (Cheryl) of Fairfield, PA and Robert A. Kulkusky (Wendy) of Millville, DE; her grandchildren, Christopher M. Kulkusky, Steven R. Kulkusky, Kimber G. Kulkusky, Kody M. Kulkusky and McKenna N. Kulkusky; and her great grandchild Owen Kulkusky.
