With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mildred G. Kulkusky of Fairfield, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 5, 2024 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Autry and Nellie May Autry (Howell); her husband Leonard M. Kulkusky; and her siblings, Evander Autry, Frank Autry, Roger Autry, Billy R. Autry, Jean Autry Collins, Shirley Faircloth and Janice Autry.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael L. Kulkusky (Cheryl) of Fairfield, PA and Robert A. Kulkusky (Wendy) of Millville, DE; her grandchildren, Christopher M. Kulkusky, Steven R. Kulkusky, Kimber G. Kulkusky, Kody M. Kulkusky and McKenna N. Kulkusky; and her great grandchild Owen Kulkusky.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kenworthy Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (66 E Hanover St, Gettysburg, PA 17325). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
