He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Nicely and Mary Woomer Nicely. He is survived by: his wife Linda Riffle Nicely; his children, Kenneth E. Nicely (Tracy Peterson) of Ligonier and Heather Nicely-Weiss (Robert L.) of Clarksburg; his grandchildren, MacKenzie McDowell, Rachelynn Nicely, Gracie Nicely, Mckenna Nicely and Carson McDowell; his great grandchild Grayson Nicely; and his brother Robert E. Nicely (Patricia Plude) of Greensburg.
