He was predeceased by: his father Jack Fisher. He is survived by: his mother Rachel Carp Fisher of Forest Hill, MD; his daughters, Carleigh Fisher of Union Bridge, MD, Elleigh Fisher of Bozeman, MT and Raegan Fisher of Boca Raton, FL; his sister Susan Fisher of Forest Hill, MD.; his close friend Tim Kenney; and his family, Jessica Smith and Stacy Solesha. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services (254 E Main St, Westminster, MD 21157). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
