She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Mason Welch and Mary Welch (Crawley); and her husband Edward Noye. She is survived by: her brother James Welch (Lee); her daughters, Nicolette Addessi and Erin Clem; and her granddaughters, Caitlin Clem and Madelin Clem.
