He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bennett and Annette Bennett (Andrews); and his half-brother David Sean Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Joan E. Bennett (Abrams) of Fairfield; his stepsiblings, Kerry Rice (Pat), Kathy Burden, Jim Burden (Mary) and Leslie Askew; his cousins, Bob Andrews, Jr. (Lynn), Mary Ellen Burns (Mike), Harriet Case (Doug) and Marsha Scott; and his pet Tillie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
