She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Richter Jr. and Annabelle (Brown). She is survived by: her husband Robert Leslie Bowlen; her daughter Crystal Raye Yurchak of Uniontown; her stepchildren, April Ann Bowlen of Brownsville and Alec Bowlen of Smithfield; and her siblings, Regina Scott, Dagnal Richter and Roger Richter. She is also survived by five nieces and two nephews.
