She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel W. Frazee and Gertrude M. Frazee (Dennis); her children, Judy Welling and Samuel Welling; and her siblings, Woodrow Frazee and Pansy Burd.
She is survived by: her children, Harry Welling (Jennie) of Smithfield and Marge Baker of Uniontown; her grandchildren, Sam Welling Jr., Whitley Baker and Amber Boggs; her great grandchildren, Taryn and Jace Welling; and her daughter-in-law Cheryl Welling.
