He was predeceased by: his parents, William Francis Hogan and Marylou Beyar Dingle Hogan; his brothers, John and Dennis Hogan; and his stepdaughter Stacy Acosta.

He is survived by: his significant other Darlene V. Acosta; his daughters, Jacklyn Hogan of Factoryville and Michele Hogan of Staten Island, NY; his stepdaughter Patricia Garilli of Nicholson; and his siblings, Kathleen Marinelli of Staten Island, NY, Carol Ann Jerome of Old Bridge, NJ., Michael and Brian Hogan of Staten Island, NY..
