He is survived by: his brothers, Sterling Hemmerly of Mehoopany and Robert Hemmerly (Kathie) of Cliffside Park, NJ; his daughters, Melissa Partington of Exeter and Catherine Hemmerly of Lake Winola; and his grandchildren, Jessica Corby, John, Devon Vaow, Mitchell, Zachary and Rachel Partington. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
