He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Miller Macijowsky; his daughters, Carrie Laboski (Ken), MaryAnn Farnsworth (James) and Jeanne Komp (Tom); his grandchildren, Andrew Macijowsky, Nathan, Matthew Farnsworth, Jacob, Trevor Komp, Amelia and Julian Macijowsky; his brother Eugene Macijowsky (Fran); his stepsiblings, Claudia Pope, Paula Cenera and Joseph Hermitt; his stepmother Ann Marie Macijowsky; and his cousin Barb Cianni.
