He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chemchick and Hildred Prentiss Chemchick; his daughter Melanie; and his siblings, Frankie Chemchick and Marlane Snedeker.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Nancy and Autumn (Maddison Chemchik); his sons, Jonathon, Jason and Justin; and his stepdaughters, Samantha Ware, Stephanie Ware and Jennifer Scarella. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; several. nieces and nephews.
